Lets do our part to stop police brutality and deaths in custody. Email everyone this page.
We believe, as individuals and collectively, YES WE CAN and we will make a difference. As the saying goes, “Little drops of water make a mighty ocean.” It’s true…
we had a “Tsunami” on March 8, 2008 and created more than ripples in two by-elections, remember?
We are all One.
Ours is not a better way. Ours is merely another way.
— Neale Donald Walsch.
We are all One.
When one is harmed, all are harmed. When one is helped, all are healed. — Anon.
Lets grow together as as people of faith and fellow citizens — to build bridges instead of walls, to build a better Malaysia and a better world for our children, starting with ourselves. Amen.

Mginalised , dlm blog berani la ko fucking around eh? tunjuk muka la kalau berani sgt..this is a non-religious and political issue. dont be too emotional..and dont potray such a coward act here..and please dont play the racial issue..dont create chaos in this country..AG has ordered the police to investigate under 302 Penal Code..(ko tau ke akta tu). the case is transparent and become the public interest..if u act like this stupid, better look at yourself first…and yes, u guys are supporting the car stolen syndicate…

I AM KUGAN TOO.
To Anonymous – It’s about brutality not about playing GOD. Every crime should go punished but not this way. People are not angry, they are just sadden by the whole incident. Send to prison or the gallow but to treat a human being this way…are we Malaysians that cruel?? I am not supporting a car thief – he was a suspect and if he was guilty then plain and simple – charge him in court. You must agree with me here. Transparency??? When was the last time we saw that happening. Nurin’s murderer is at large, Sharline is still missing…parents are grieving. Everyone is afraid that it may happen to their loved ones. And no, we are not stupid. That is why we want this to stop here. I’m sorry that you are ‘angered’ by all this.

Many of you may not know the true story. The stories we hear about Kugan is not true. He is not a luxury car thief. In fact he worked for his uncle whom tow cars for finance companies. Kugan actually was trying to tow a policeman’s own car and when confronted by the Police, he fired back at the police and said he was only doing his duty and not afraid of Police. The Police got angry with Kugan’s remark and thus arrested him and finally killed him.

I am a mother of three children. I am sad and anguished to see Kugan’s body so badly broken and tortured to death. My condolence to the poor mother, if I am in her shoes I will be very heartbroken to see my own flesh and blood so badly tortured by those animals. Even animals are better than them. The whole country is in a mess cos of them. I feel disgusted and jijik to see them. To Kugan’s mother, I can only say this. Pray to god nnd say this in your prayers, please god, give this same torture to the persons who did this to my son. May god paralize both their arms and legs.

this sadistic mauling of another human being sends shivers down my spine. It tells me that the minister should accept responsibility the IGP should be charged as well as the actual accomplices. Here is my rational; they attempted to cover it up.
Indians take to the streets and do not return to your homes unless the minister IGP and the Station where this gruesome act was committed be shutdown – indefinitely! We have no right as Muslims to behave as these police men did therefore this crime of passion has nothing to do with Islam- this is a crime of racial hatred. The Malays have lost track and is behaving like Serbs Croats and Zionist.

Prosecute the police officer involved. Also I DO NOT SUPPORT ANY INDIAN CRIMINAL, IF THEY HAVE TO DIE, THEY DESERVE IT. If they are innocent, they should be given justice.

Im Kugan too… probably this case will be another cover up. one thing we need to do is have a party that will go all out to publicise and and make this issue known to each and every individual. Let every country dealing with this nation know the ugly scenes happening in Malaysia.. rest in peace kugan..

hey anonymous,
rest in peace my bro Kugan.

Kugan is also a Malaysian. It is indeed very sad that We as a Nation have reached to such a degraded level.
Being a Police is not an open check to extort informations by physically assaulting and abused the suspect. There are of course procedures to be followed.
There are many types of investigations techniques to be employed not necessary to use physical force .That is why un professionalism often caused death while under custody. This is short cut work ,they cannot be Police,JUDGE and Executioner at the same time.
This is not so clever. Don’t you agree? Just do your scope of work.

Shocking affairs, only one person to be charge for
beating up Kugan to death it is beyond logic. Look at the extensive injuries, with evidence so glaring he is being beaten up like a potato. One cannot deny it’s a one man job.
